Translation of Financial Literature

We started translation services for financial and investment areas as well as technical translation. We can translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese.

We care to provide high-quality, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand translation.

Summary

We can create a summary of a document or piece of writing in any direction.

It's a trouble if you made an effort to translate an entire document but it was not what you were looking for. You can read a summary first, then decide if you really want the entire document translated. This service is also convenient when you only need to grasp basic idea of the document.

You can specify volume of the resulting summary. For example, you can order us like this.
"I have to read a hundred-page Japanese document, which I can't. I want you to write a five-page, or 2,500-word English summary by picking up only parts of the document where blah-blah is written."

Fee

Feel free to conctact us and tell us what you want us to do, how long does it take, or whatever you want to know. If you can send us your manuscript; we send you a quote of price and delivery.

Usually, translation service requires twenty yen or more for one word in English manuscript, or seven yen or more for one character in Japanese manuscript. Summary service requires twenty yen or more for one word in English summary, or seven yen or more for one character in Japanese summary.

The translator is a Japanese person who has basic financial knowledge and English ability. No English native speaker's check is done for translated English. We can arrange native speaker's check for you if you need it.

Yamato Life Insurance Applied for Rescue Plan

Yamato Life Insurance Company applied for the company rescue law in the morning of Friday 10th. The Tokyo-based middle-scale life insurer has been in bad condition and abandoned its attempt for recovery by itself. The amount of loss of securities including stocks grew due to US financial crisis. It is inevitable the capital gets lower than it should be. The amount of life insurance and pension payment to beneficiaries may be cut by a certain rate. The cut rate will be bigger for policies with high saving characteristics.
