Batch Processing of Large Document

Kobu.Com provides batch processing service of a large document using a variety of open-source free tools and tools developed by Kobu.Com. Words in a large document consisting a lot of files can be searched and replaced all at once. Multiple files of one large document can be converted to another format in one operation.

Any text format based documents including XML, HTML, DocBook and LaTex and any other document format that can be converted to any text format can be a target of this service including batch-style one-shot file conversion, global search and replace, formatting and layout.

• Provides output of requested batch processing according to your request
• Ongoing or limited-time support contract. Requested batch processing services can be provided any time within a contract period.

If you prefer, we can build a document authoring environment at your site capable of requested batch processing and provide training for how to use the environment.

• We don't provide manual-labor style services using WYSiWYG style DTP tools such as InDesign, FrameMaker and Office (Word and Excel).
• The documents created by or supposed to be finally output with these DTP tools can be exported to or imported from any text format (such as XML, HTML and RTF); batch style document processings can be applied to these documents.
• We don't provide translation service using Trados either.
• A Trados TTX file is an XML file. Thus global search-and-replace and one-shot batch conversion to various file formats suitable for translation under Trados are available.
